our policy

Our cushion covers are handwoven and crafted to your unique specifications. Therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a case of faulty workmanship or they arrive damaged. Please read our policy below for detailed terms.

Returns
We only accept returns for items with faulty workmanship. Due to variations in digital screen color profiles, slight differences in color may occur. These are not considered defects.

Refunds
We do not issue any refunds. If a fault is found in workmanship and cannot be corrected, we will remake the cushion.

Timeframes
You must notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged,  kindly send us a detailed description and clear photos of the issue, on the day of delivery. 

Shipping Costs
Tressera will cover all return shipping costs due to faulty workmanship or damage during shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging and have no signs of use or damage caused by improper handling.
